Teaching Experience:
I have taught private lessons for 9 years at multiple music conservatories and independently. I enjoy working with students of all ages and helping them grow into confident and well-rounded musicians.
Performing Experience:
I have been performing in orchestras for 13 years. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance and Instrumental Music Education, and recently earned my Single Subject California Teaching Credential in instrumental music education. Upon admission to Cal State Fullerton, I was awarded a full scholarship for violin performance.
During college, I was selected to perform in master classes with renowned violinists such as Kirsten Yon, David Colwell, and Naho Parrini. Prior to college, I was elected concertmaster of Dana Hills High School’s SOSCA Orchestra and was selected to participate in the All California State Honors Orchestras.
I’ve performed at venues including Disney Concert Hall, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Meng Concert Hall, Musco Center for the Arts, and Cerritos Performing Arts Center. In 2019, I was selected to solo with the Dana Point Symphony, and following that performance, I was nominated as a finalist for Orange County Artist of the Year by the OC Register.
In addition to orchestral work, I’ve collaborated with vocalists such as Marie Osmond and The Eagles, performed in numerous string quartets for weddings and special events, and competed in multiple concerto competitions throughout Southern California.
