Teaching Experience- Baylor recently graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Popular Music and is excited to begin his teaching career with Damman’s Music School. He hopes to help students of all ages build confidence, develop their skills and discover how much fun making music can be.

Performing Experience- Baylor has been performing live music since 2018, when he was in high school. Since then, he has been playing with multiple bands in venues in San Diego, LA, Arizona, and Orange County. His live music experience includes playing the guitar, bass, mandolin, drums and piano giving him experience with a wide variety of musical styles and live performance settings. He also has a strong background in live sound and music production.

Music Style- Baylor’s jam band music style spans many genres including classic rock, blue grass, country, blues, and alternative punk. He enjoys exploring different styles and encourages students to pursue learning the style of music they love.

Short Term Goals- Baylor’s short-term goals are to continue growing in his musical talents as well as growing his clientele as a music instructor. His goal is to always have a consistent regular live music schedule.

Long Term Goals- Baylor’s long-term goals are to build a successful career as a live sound engineer and music producer. He also hopes to further his career with his band and continue to share his love of music through teaching.

Fun Facts: Baylor loves concerts and has seen his favorite band over 20 times! When he’s not playing with his band, he loves to draw, ski and wake surf in his free time.
