Lena is a professional violinist and music educator with over 10 years of performing experience and more than 5 years of teaching students of all ages and skill levels. A classically trained violinist who performs full-time on both acoustic and electric violin, she has toured throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, and Dubai, sharing stages with internationally recognized artists and performing at venues ranging from intimate concerts to major festivals. Lena specializes in violin, viola, and cello lessons, helping students build strong fundamentals while developing creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of music through personalized, engaging instruction.

Teaching Experience

Lena has been teaching private lessons and after-school music programs for over 5 years, working with students of all ages and skill levels—from children as young as 3 years old to retirees discovering music as a new hobby. She teaches violin, viola, and cello, helping beginners build strong fundamentals while guiding advanced students in developing technique, musicianship, and confidence as performers.

Performing Experience

Lena has been a full-time professional violinist for over 10 years, performing throughout the United States and internationally across Europe, Mexico, and Dubai.

For the past 5 years, she and her husband have toured full-time as a duo, performing everywhere from theaters and festivals to corporate events, restaurants, and private concerts. They even spent two years living and touring full-time in an RV while building their audience across the country.

Internationally, Lena has opened for 80s pop icons Johnny Hates Jazz throughout England and Scotland, performing at renowned venues including Union Chapel in London and St. Luke's in Glasgow. She has also collaborated with DJ Picco on the song "Concentrated," which reached #4 on Spotify's UAE Top 50 chart and led to a trip to Dubai to film the official music video. Additionally, she has performed with Irish viral sensation Allie Sherlock.

Alongside performing, Lena writes, records, and produces original music through her project, Laguna Hill, which recently signed with Valiant Music Ventures.

'Music Style & Philosophy

A classically trained violinist who performs full-time as an electric violinist, Lena blends classical technique with contemporary styles including pop, rock, folk, and country music. Inspired by artists like Lindsey Stirling, she believes in developing well-rounded musicians through strong fundamentals, music reading, ear training, improvisation, and performance experience.
